Why can someone be so tired all the time, and yet still not be able to sleep at night. Or is the cause the cause?

this company is trying to get people to continue smoking, and to start smoking their safe product, with no “known” carcinogens. They are saying its healthy and good, sounds king of familiar, smoking was once thought healthy, and good for people with breathing problems…

ok, ill admit, im a totally conspiracy theory buff(nerd) but nostradamus is the one that makes me laugh the most, i guess i like conspiracies because i try to find the logical explanation, and if there is none, then the logical explanation is that it is true, so, its not so much about proving it wrong, i guess its just like a trap maybe more of a trap, yes, and it just spirils you down, i guess you could say im addicted to yetis, sasquatches, UFOs, USOs, Easter Islands, crypto-zoology, city of atlantis, chupacabras, kennedy assasination, the inner earth theory, the list goes on, and because i have problems sleeping and am an avid insomiac, i spend lots and lots of wasted time finding out everything one might need(not really) to know about these things, and nostradamas is to vague, if he knew the whos, or saw the visions, (he was an artist and sketcher,) why didnt he just draw some pictures you know? ok…. make up your own mind, here are my sources,
